• If want to teach at Beat, first come take a class. 

• We believe in fair and transparent pay for wellness professionals. We offer a performance based pay system which is meant to pay you more based on dedication, growth and competency, not just based on class numbers. You can view our pay structure HERE.

• Additionally, we know your time is valuable, so once you are hired you will always be compensated $15/hr for any extra staff meetings, required trainings, and certain workshops and events where your attendance is required. 

• Other perks include a free unlimited membership, free friends + family membership to gift to a friend or family member (both memberships only for teachers with at least 1 regularly scheduled class), 2 guest passes per month and opportunities to lead privates, workshops, trainings and retreats. 

• If you are applying to teach Original Hot Yoga, we require a significant understanding and grasp of the "dialogue". If you did not attend a certified Bikram Yoga or Original Hot Yoga Association teacher training, you can apply for a mentorship with our founder, Rachel, who will work 1:1 with you to gain these necessary skills.

• If you are applying for Hot Vinyasa, our classes are inspired by the Journey Into Power Baptiste sequence, so proficient understanding of that sequence will be necessary.

• Both hot Pilates and Strength Pilates are taught HIIT style. If you have certifications in HIIT, mat pilates, and/or strength training you may be a good fit for learning this class outline. ​

Beat is committed to offering continuing education for new and existing teachers. Even if you don't meet these specific requirements to teach our class styles, as long as you are open to feedback and mentoring, you should apply!
