Studio Policies
▪️ We always recommend pre-registering for your classes on our website or via our app.
▪️Aim to arrive 10-15minutes early (doors open 20mins before class).
▪️ Come hydrated!
▪️Avoid eating a large meal at least 2-3hrs prior to class. If you're hungry and need to eat before class, we recommend something light such as fruit.
▪️Bring a mat, towel, and water.
▪️ Wear whatever you're comfortable in. Tighter fitting clothes meant to be sweat in will be most comfortable for you.
▪️Come with an open mind and simply do your best! We'll take good care of you when you're in our space.
For our classes all you need is a yoga mat, a large towel to go over your mat is preferred, and water is recommended. We rent and sell mats and towels if you need those items ,and we also sell water and electrolytes.
Any other equipment necessary for class (weights, bands, blocks) will be provided by us.
Please note that cell phones are not allowed in our Yoga/Pilates room and video recording is strictly prohibited except before/after class.
We offer four different class styles that are intended for all levels:
▪️Original Hot (Bikram) Yoga
▪️Power Vinyasa Yoga
▪️Hot Pilates (bodyweight)
▪️Strength Pilates (with weights + bands)

For your first class, choose whichever one fits your schedule and piques your interest! Our certified teachers will make sure that you are taken care of whenever you are on your mat, and once you try a class with us, you'll be motivated to try our other class styles too!
