* In the 50 minute version, you'll do the series one time. In the 90 minute version, you'll do almost all of the postures twice.

Hot Vinyasa Yoga

Hot Vinyasa yoga links movement and breath in a heated room to help you feel energized, grounded, and empowered both on and off the mat. Throughout class, you’ll be encouraged to honor your body — slow down when needed and challenge yourself when inspired. Although this class offers postures on your arms, you are always welcome to modify as needed.
